Placements, internships and what we will not promise
Every institute in Coimbatore advertises one hundred percent placement. Almost none of them can define what that sentence means. We are going to be unusually direct about this, even though it costs us enquiries.
And you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
A placement guarantee is only ever as strong as the definition hidden underneath it. Very often it means an interview was arranged, or a name was passed to a partner company, or a role was offered at a salary nobody would accept. The number stays at one hundred percent because the definition does the work.
We will not print that. What we can control is whether you leave able to do the job, and whether the people who do it well get a genuine opening inside our own company.
Three concrete things, all of them ours to give.
The top selected students from every batch are taken on as interns with NuwizoAI. That is real client work on live accounts, not a certificate that says internship.
Strong performers may be offered a full time position at our Bengaluru office. It is not automatic and it is not promised to anyone at enrolment. It is earned during the month and the internship.
Not a completion certificate. It says the work was done and how it was done, which is the only version worth putting in front of an employer.
The portfolio does the talking.
We hire for this work ourselves, and the pattern is consistent. Candidates arrive with course certificates and cannot explain a campaign they have run. The ones who get hired open a laptop and show something they built.
So the course is arranged around producing exactly that: a live site, campaigns with real numbers attached, creative you made, and reporting you can defend in an interview. By the end you should be able to answer why a campaign underperformed and what you changed, which is the question that decides most interviews.
